The Torah Scroll should be tied and covered, then the Maftir says the Haftarah blessings:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר בָּחַר בִּנְבִיאִים טוֹבִים, וְרָצָה בְדִבְרֵיהֶם הַנֶּאֱמָרִים בֶּאֱמֶת, בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, הַבּוֹחֵר בַּתּוֹרָה וּבְמשֶׁה עַבְדּוֹ וּבְיִשְֹרָאֵל עַמּוֹ וּבִנְבִיאֵי הָאֱמֶת וָצֶדֶק:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has chosen good prophets and found favor with their words which were spoken in truth. Blessed are You Lord, who has chosen the Torah, Moses His servant, Israel His people, and the prophets of truth and righteousness.

The designated Haftarah portion is read. Upon conclusion the Maftir says the closing blessings:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, צוּר כָּל הָעוֹלָמִים, צַדִּיק בְּכָל הַדּוֹרוֹת, הָאֵל הַנֶּאֱמָן הָאֹמֵר וְעֹשֶֹה, הַמְדַבֵּר וּמְקַיֵּם, שֶׁכָּל דְּבָרָיו אֱמֶת וָצֶדֶק:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, Creator of all the worlds, righteous in all generations, faithful God, who says and does, who speaks and fulfills, for all His words are true and just.

נֶאֱמָן, אַתָּה הוּא יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ, וְנֶאֱמָנִים דְּבָרֶיךָ, וְדָבָר אֶחָד מִדְּבָרֶיךָ אָחוֹר לֹא יָשׁוּב רֵיקָם, כִּי אֵל מֶלֶךְ נֶאֱמָן וְרַחֲמָן אָתָּה:

You are trustworthy, Lord our God, and Your words are trustworthy; not one of Your words returns unfulfilled

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, הָאֵל הַנֶּאֱמָן בְּכָל דְּבָרָיו:

רַחֵם עַל צִיּוֹן כִּי הִיא בֵּית חַיֵּינוּ, וְלַעֲלוּבַת נֶפֶשׁ תּושִׁיעַ בִּמְהֵרָה בְיָמֵינוּ: בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, מְשַֹמֵּחַ צִיּוֹן בְּבָנֶיהָ:

Have mercy on Zion, for it is the abode of our life; bring deliverance and joy to the humiliated spirit speedily in our days. Blessed are You Lord, who causes Zion to rejoice in her children.

שַֹמְּחֵנוּ יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ בְּאֵלִיָּהוּ הַנָּבִיא עַבְדֶּךָ, וּבְמַלְכוּת בֵּית דָּוִד מְשִׁיחֶךָ, בִּמְהֵרָה יָבֹא וְיָגֵל לִבֵּנוּ, עַל כִּסְאוֹ לֹא יֵשֵׁב זָר, וְלֹא יִנְחֲלוּ עוֹד אֲחֵרִים אֶת כְּבוֹדוֹ, כִּי בְשֵׁם קָדְשְׁךָ נִשְׁבַּעְתָּ לוֹ, שֶׁלֹּא יִכְבֶּה נֵרוֹ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד: בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, מָגֵן דָּוִד:

Gladden us, Lord our God, with [the coming of] Your servant Elijah the Prophet, and with the kingdom of the house of David Your anointed. May he soon come and delight our heart; no stranger shall sit on his throne, nor shall others any longer inherit his glory, for You have sworn to him by Your holy Name that his light will never be extinguished. Blessed are You Lord, Shield of David. (

On a public fast day, including Yom Kippur the blessings end here. On an ordinary Shabbat, including Chol haMoed, continue below:

עַל הַתּוֹרָה, וְעַל הָעֲבוֹדָה וְעַל הַנְּבִיאִים וְעַל יוֹם הַשַּׁבָּת הַזֶּה, שֶׁנָּתַתָּ לָנוּ יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ לִקְדֻשָּׁה וְלִמְנוּחָה, לְכָבוֹד וּלְתִפְאָרֶת:

עַל הַכֹּל, יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ אֲנַחְנוּ מוֹדִים לָךְ, וּמְבָרְכִים אוֹתָךְ, יִתְבָּרַךְ שִׁמְךָ בְּפִי כָּל חַי תָּמִיד לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד. בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, מְקַדֵּשׁ הַשַּׁבָּת :

Shemini Atzeret, the festival,

הַזֶּה וְעַל יוֹם טוֹב מִקְרָא קֹדֶשׁ הַזֶּה, שֶׁנָּתַתָּ לָנוּ יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ (On Shabbat add- לִקְדֻשָּׁה וְלִמְנוּחָה) לְשָֹשֹוֹן וּלְשִֹמְחָה, לְכָבוֹד וּלְתִפְאָרֶת. עַל הַכֹּל, יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ אֲנַחְנוּ מוֹדִים לָךְ, וּמְבָרְכִים אוֹתָךְ יִתְבָּרַךְ שִׁמְךָ בְּפִי כָּל חַי תָּמִיד לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד. בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, מְקַדֵּשׁ יִשְֹרָאֵל וְהַזְמַנִים:

When the final days of Pesach, Shavuot or Shemini Atzeret occur on a weekday, continue on with Yizkor. On Simchat Torah continue with שִׁישׁוּ On all other festivals, when they occur on weekdays, continue on with אַשְׁרֵי (p.60): On any other Shabbat continue below:

יְקוּם פֻּרְקָן מִן שְׁמַיָּא, חִנָּא וְחִסְדָּא, וְרַחֲמִי וְחַיִּין אֲרִיכִין, וּמְזוֹנָא רְוִיחָא וְסַיְעַתָּא דִשְׁמַיָּא, וּבַרְיוּת גּוּפָא, וּנְהוֹרָא מַעַלְיָא. זַרְעָא חַיָּא וְקַיָּמָא, זַרְעָא דִּי לָא יִפְסוֹק וְדִי לָא יִבְטוֹל מִפִּתְגָּמֵי אוֹרַיְתָא. לְמָרָנָן וְרַבָּנָן חֲבוּרָתָא קַדִּישָׁתָא, דִּי בְּאַרְעָא דְיִשְׂרָאֵל, וְדִּי בְּבָבֶל, לְרֵישֵׁי כַּלָּה וּלְרֵישֵׁי גַּלְוָתָא, וּלְרֵישֵׁי מְתִיבָתָא, וּלְדַיָּנֵי דְבָבָא. לְכָל תַּלְמִידֵיהוֹן וּלְכָל תַּלְמִידֵי תַּלְמִידֵיהוֹן וּלְכָל מַאן דְּעָסְקִין בְּאוֹרַיְתָא. מַלְכָּא דְּעָלְמָא, יְבָרֵךְ יַתְהוֹן, וְיַפִּישׁ חַיֵּיהוֹן, וְיַסְגֵּא יוֹמֵיהוֹן. וְיִתֵּן אָרְכָּא לִשְׁנֵיהוֹן. וְיִתְפָּרְקוּן וְיִשְׁתֵּזְבוּן מִן כָּל עָקָא וּמִן כָּל מַרְעִין בִּישִׁין. מָרָן דִּי בִּשְׁמַיָא יְהֵא בְסַעְדְּהוֹן כָּל זְמַן וְעִדָּן. וְנֹאמַר אָמֵן:

May there come forth from Heaven redemption, healthy and viable children, children who will not cease from nor neglect the words of Torah to our masters and sages, the holy company, who are in the Land of Israel and in Babylon, to the heads of the Torah assemblies and to the Exilarchs, to the heads of the Yeshivot and to the judges at the gates, to all their disciples and to all the disciples of their disciples, and to all who occupy themselves with the Torah. May the King of the universe bless them and prolong their lives, increase their days and lengthen their years; may they be delivered and protected from all distress and severe afflictions. May the Lord who is in heaven be their support at all times and seasons; and let us say, Amen.

One who prays alone should omit the following two paragraphs:

יְקוּם פֻּרְקָן מִן שְׁמַיָּא, חִנָּא וְחִסְדָּא, וְרַחֲמִין וְחַיִּין אֲרִיכִי, וּמְזוֹנָא רְוִיחָא, וְסַיְעַתָּא דִשְׁמַיָּאת וּבַרְיוּת גּוּפָא, וּנְהוֹרָא מַעַלְיָא. זַרְעָא חַיָּא וְקַיָּמָא, זַרְעָא דִּי לָא יִפְסוֹק וְדִי לָא יִבְטוֹל מִפִּתְגָּמֵי אוֹרַיְתָא. לְכָל קְהָלָא קַדִּישָׁא הָדֵין, רַבְרְבַיָּא עִם זְעֵרַיָּא, טַפְלָא וּנְשַׁיָּא. מַלְכָּא דְעָלְמָא יְבָרֵךְ יַתְכוֹן, וְיַפִּישׁ חַיֵּיכוֹן, וְיַסְגֵי יוֹמֵיכוֹן, וְיִתֵּן אַרְכָּא לִשְׁנֵיכוֹן. וְתִּתְפָּרְקוּן, וְתִשְׁתֵּזְבוּן מִן כָּל עָקָא וּמִן כָּל מַרְעִין בִּישִׁין. מָרָן דִּי בִּשְׁמַיָּא, יְהֵא בְּסַעְדְּכוֹן כָּל זְמַן וְעִדָּן. וְנֹאמַר אָמֵן:

מִי שֶׁבֵּרַךְ אֲבוֹתֵינוּ אַבְרָהָם יִצְחָק וְיַעֲקֹב, הוּא יְבָרֵךְ אֶת כָּל הַקָּהָל הַקָּדוֹשׁ הַזֶּה, עִם כָּל קְהִלּוֹת הַקֹּדֶשׁ. הֵם וּנְשֵׁיהֶם, וּבְנֵיהֶם וּבְנוֹתֵיהֶם, וְכָל אֲשֶׁר לָהֶם. וּמִי שֶׁמְּיַחֲדִים בָּתֵּי כְנֵסִיּוֹת לִתְפִלָּה, וּמִי שֶׁבָּאִים בְּתוֹכָם לְהִתְפַּלֵּל, וּמִי שֶׁנּוֹתְנִים נֵר לַמָּאוֹר וְיַיִן לְקִדּוּשׁ וּלְהַבְדָּלָה, וּפַת לָאֹרְחִים וּצְדָקָה לָעֲנִיִּים. וְכָל מִי שֶׁעוֹסְקִים בְּצָרְכֵי צִבּוּר בֶּאֱמוּנָה, הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא יְשַׁלֵּם שְֹכָרָם וְיָסִיר מֵהֶם כָּל מַחֲלָה, וְיִרְפָּא לְכָל גּוּפָם, וְיִסְלַח לְכָל עֲוֹנָם, וְיִשְׁלַח בְּרָכָה וְהַצְלָחָה בְּכָל מַעֲשֵֹה יְדֵיהֶם, עִם כָּל יִשְֹרָאֵל אֲחֵיהֶם. וְנאמַר אָמֵן:
