Upon washing the hands for bread:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָֽׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו, וְצִוָּנוּ עַל נְטִילַת יָדָֽיִם:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments, and commanded us concerning the washing of the hands.

Over bread:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, הַמּוֹצִֽיא לֶֽחֶם מִן־הָאָֽרֶץ:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who brings forth bread from the earth.

Over baked or cooked foods (other than bread) made from wheat, barley, spelt, oats, or rye:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, בּוֹרֵא מִינֵֽי מְזוֹנֽוֹת:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who creates various kinds of food.

Over wine or grape juice:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, בּוֹרֵא פְּרִי הַגָּֽפֶן:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who creates the fruit of the vine.

Over all tree-grown fruits:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, בּוֹרֵא פְּרִי הָעֵץ:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who creates the fruit of the tree.

Over all fruits that do not grow on trees, bananas, and all vegetables:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, בּוֹרֵא פְּרִי הָאֲדָמָה:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who creates the fruit of the earth.

Over meat, fish, milk, eggs, cheese, and mushrooms, as well as all liquids except wine or grape juice:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁהַכֹּל נִהְיָה בִּדְבָרוֹ:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, by whose word all things came to be.

On wearing a new garment, or on tasting any fruit for the first time in the season:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁהֶחֱיָֽנוּ וְקִיְּמָֽנוּ וְהִגִּיעָֽנוּ לִזְּמַן הַזֶּה:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has granted us life, sustained us, and enabled us to reach this occasion.

On affixing a mezuzah:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו, וְצִוָּנוּ לִקְבּֽוֹעַ מְזוּזָה:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments, and commanded us to affix a mezuzah.

On seeing lightning or shooting stars:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, עוֹשֵׂה מַעֲשֵׂה בְרֵאשִׁית:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who re-enacts the work of Creation.

On hearing thunder, or seeing a violent storm (tornado, hurricane, etc.), or an earthquake:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁכֹּחוֹ וּגְבוּרָתוֹ מָלֵא עוֹלָם:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, whose power and might fill the world.

On seeing a rainbow:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, זוֹכֵר הַבְּרִית וְנֶאֱמָן בִּבְרִיתוֹ וְקַיָּם בְּמַאֲמָרוֹ:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who remembers the Covenant, is faithful to His Covenant, and keeps His promise.

On hearing good tidings concerning both oneself and others:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, הַטוֹב וְהַמֵּטִיב:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who is good and does good.

On hearing bad tidings, God forbid:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, דַּיַּן הָאֱמֶת:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, the true judge.

On smelling fragrant spices:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, בּוֹרֵא מִינֵי בְשָׂמִים:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who creates various kinds of spices.

On immersing new utensils in a mikveh. If immersing more than one utensil, substitute the words in parentheses:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו, וְצִוָּנוּ עַל טְבִילַת כֶּלִי (טְבִילַת כֵּלִים):

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments, and commanded us concerning the immersion of a vessel (vessels).

One who kneads a dough of flour and water (in the prescribed volume) must take challah and recite:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו, וְצִוָּנוּ לְהַפְרִישׁ חַלָּה:

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments, and commanded us to separate challah.

Upon seeing fruit trees in blossom during the month of Nisan:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁלֹּא חִסַּר בְּעוֹלָמוֹ כְּלוּם וּבָרָא בוֹ בְּרִיוֹת טוֹבוֹת וְאִילָנוֹת טוֹבוֹת לֵיהָנוֹת בָּהֶם בְּנֵי אָדָם:
